Your task
Are you seeking a fresh business challenge in a rapidly expanding scale-up where your daily work might influence sustainability?We are seeking a Regional Sales Director that speaks Italian to join our rapidly expanding Barcelona branch! We raised EUR 13 million to fund our expansion after being chosen as a leader in addressing climate change by Techleap's Rise Program. We are eager to have you join our enthusiastic, enterprising, and global team! The ProblemAs the RSD, you will be in charge of leading and growing our Barcelona-based Italian sales team, which consists of account executives and sales development representatives.
As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will collaborate with executives from many departments to create dependable, expandable, and prosperous sales teams.As you set an example by aggressively pursuing prospective clients and managing your own sales funnel, you will:
. Forecast, report, and meet your team's quarterly and yearly revenue and demand generating goals;
. assemble, employ, mentor, and oversee the teams;
. Work together with sales leadership to provide team members with specialized training and development;
. Encourage team members and individuals to surpass goals by providing coaching and mentoring;
. Give the larger sales leadership team incisive comments and reports.
Your profile
. at least five years of expertise in creating and leading successful sales teams;
. experience generating outcomes in a short sales cycle, direct, outbound sales environment;
. proficient in both written and spoken English and Italian;
. knowledgeable about utilizing and improving CRMs (Hubspot is what we use) and additional sales support applications;
. vivacious, open to learning, and self-starting;
. Experience in software sales, manufacturing, and the SME sector are other desirable experiences.
